Director of ABC Primary School

The Primary School Director at Académie Bilingue du Congo (ABC) is responsible for the development and realization of the school’s mission and vision in the school community and in the community at large. As such, the Director will model and implement good character, inclusion and positive leadership throughout the school building in interactions with students and other staff, in addition to excellence and professionalism in all academic matters. The Director will serve as the key instructional coordinator, directing and shaping the curricula and teaching processes for the school. S/he will be continually engaged in the ongoing growth and development of the school, working closely with teachers, staff, other ABC directors and relevant UCBC advisors to establish, implement, and evaluate school curriculum, methodologies, and programs.
