Lukogho is a co-founder of the Congolese Diaspora Impact Strategies. She has an extensive background in international business development, U.S.-foreign policy, and public-private partnerships across multiple industries. She most recently worked for a Fortune 500 financial services company where she successfully led efforts to expand its footprint in the public sector by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within large U.S. cities. During her time in Congress and in the public sector, she worked closely with key stakeholders throughout the federal government to advocate for U.S. foreign policy priorities and engaged with leaders of appropriations and financial services policy to drive legislative change. She is a public speaker and has written for Foreign Policy Magazine, Blavity, and other publications. Lukogho has an MBA in International Business from Howard University and a BA in Political Science from San José State University.
